You may now purchase the images taken of your child in two different ways; 1) Photogift License 2) Hi-Res Purcase
Option 1 – Photogifts License
If you purchase a “Photogifts License” we will upload our image/s to your account at www.photogifts.com.au. This enables you to personalise over 100 different products including canvas prints, photobooks, drinkware & apparel with your Too Cute image. If you would like to purchase a “Photogifts License” of any Too Cute! images taken in 2008 & 2009 you will need to create an account at www.photogifts.com.au and complete the Option 1 request form.
A “Photogifts License” of a Too Cute! image is only valid for reproduction of the image within the Photogifts website. Any attempt to reproduce these images outside of this environment is a breach of Too Cute! Photo Co. copyright. If you wish to reproduce the images elsewhere, you must make a Hi - Res Purchase and we will send your chosen images on a disk.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Once we receive your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and confirmation of payment, our retouchers will prepare your image/s and upload them to your Online Ordering account. This will take up to 10 business days. These images can then be used to create Photo Books and cool personalised Photo Gifts.
Option 2 – Hi - Res Purchase
You may now purchase the high resolution image/s taken of your child.
Purchase Too Cute! image/s as a “Hi - Res Purchase”, which means we will copy our hi-resolution images to a disc which will be posted to the address of your choice.

Once we receive your notice of interest, acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and confirmation of payment, our retouchers will prepare your image/s and burn them to disc and post to your selected address. This will take up to 15 business days. This “Hi-Res Purchase” enables you to use our images in anyway for private purposes, NOT for commercial purposes. Too Cute! images MUST NOT be used in the promotion of a business or product or on-sold for commercial gain. Too Cute! retains the copyright of the images and is selling a limited license to you, so you may create personalised artworks, gifts or keepsakes only.
