Kristy-Lee Brilliant - Head of Production
Kristy-Lee (“K-L”) started with Too Cute in 2004 as the office junior, making coffees & running errands and quickly showed an aptitude and ability to learn about the photographic process. In a very short time, she proved herself to be an invaluable member of our team and when a senior staff member left the company, she immediately put her hand up for the Head of Production position. To take the role, she had to forego the opportunity to enter an Olympic Equestrian Development squad and despite her age at the time (under 20) we could not ignore this dedication and gave her a chance. The management’s faith has been repaid many times over.
In her role, K-L is both Production Manager & Mini Lab Technician looking after two Fuji Frontier Digital Mini Labs & large format printers. She is our colour correction specialist & offers technical support to our business. K-L has an understanding of the business from administration through to pre-production and has photographed numerous centres herself. This knowledge allows her to better understand the issues faced by photographers in the centres each day, and this appreciation improves our production process under her direction.
Every print that leaves our facility has been produced under the watchful eye of K-L. In 2007, this numbered close to 1,000,000 prints.
